World Water Day: March 22!

Our bodies are made up mostly of water, so we need to drink enough to keep hydrated.
Here are some easy ways to do that:
•Keep a jug of water in the fridge, as close to eye-level as possible.  When you are thirsty and open the fridge door, it will be the first thing you see, making it an easy choice.
•Use refillable water bottles instead of buying bottled water.  We have some of the best tasting water right here in the Lower Mainland, so why pay extra?  Reusable water bottles are designed to last, not break down.  And reusable water bottles mean fewer car trips to the bottle depot to get your deposit back--that's good for the environment.
•Each family member needs 2 or 3 bottles--one for work/school, one for workouts/team practices/play, and one for rotation when another is in the dishwasher.  Tupperware has a variety of water bottles in different sizes, ranging from 500ml to 1L--we've got you covered!
