•always reheat at 50% power--you want to bring your food up to eating temperature, not recook it.
•use lemon juice in water to clean the inside of the microwave:  simply heat the lemon water in a mug then wipe the steamed sides clean
•when reheating with CrystalWave or Vent'N'Serve, open the vents but leave the seals loosely on the containers;  you will to avoid steam burns when removing the seals
