•When using high quality cookware,like our Chef Series collection you don't need to go above Medium heat, except to boil water. •Pre-heat your frypan on Medium for a minute or two then drop some water on it. If it is hot enough the water drop will roll on the pan •Fry meat on a preheated pan and gently press to sear. When the meat is ready to be flipped, it will release easily--no forcing necessary. |
